Brussels- All About The City Of Cultures And Traditions

Travel Guide

Brussels is one of the destinations which all travelers love to explore and visit. I am the most excited traveler in the family, so I plan the trips every time. This time I picked my top favorite destination, a city in Belgium called Brussels. I made the bookings for Brussels Airport.

Finally, the day arrived, and we landed at the Brussels airport and took a cab for our hotel named 'Sofitel Brussels Le Louise.' This hotel is one of the best accommodation places in this city. As we just landed and reached the hotel, we wanted to nap and rest a little. After resting for some time, the first thing we went to was the 'musical instrument museum.' We had to go to this musical museum because my sister loves music and even knows to play many instruments. So even when we wanted to go somewhere else, we had to rush to that museum, but when we explored it, all of us loved it. This museum is made beautifully and definitely; a must-visit for music lovers. After being at this museum for some time, we looked for some of the best restaurants in Brussels. We finally made our way to 'Le pecheur,' I have already heard a lot about this one. As we were hungry, we tried a lot here like seafood, Belgium food, and French. Then we went back to our hotel.

The second day started with our visit to the 'grand place.' One can't miss this place when in Brussels. The buildings of the grand place are such a delight to watch. The buildings here are made in the gothic and baroque style, which enhances this place's views so much more. If we have visited Brussels during Christmas, we would have enjoyed late-night shows, but this could not happen, maybe next time. After spending some time here, we proceeded to our next stop: ' parc du cinquantenaire.' I know it's a little challenging to pronounce, but the views of this place compensate for it all. This is the park which is made in the French style. Also, we got to know that the meaning of this park is '50th anniversary' and it is made to celebrate the 50 years of independence of Belgium. We were way too tired to go anywhere else, so we went back to our hotel.

Then on the next and last day of the trip, we went to 'Les Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert.' This place is the shopping hub of Brussels. I love shopping, so does my sister, so we decided to head to this place. We decided to shop for clothes and many other things. One thing you cannot miss when you are in Brussels is chocolates, so we tried many chocolates and bought some for my friends too. Also, this place is good for moms as they love buying jewelry. After having a good time here, we went to the amusement park called 'Mini Europe.' I already knew a lot about this park. This park had miniatures of Europe's most famous buildings like the Eiffel Tower, London's big ben, and many others. We clicked and made many videos here. We finally headed to our hotel room as we had to pack everything to catch our flight later that day. Then we went to the airport and boarded our flight, and reached our house safe and sound. I must say it was an excellent decision to make Hawaiian Airlines Reservations. We didn't face any problems throughout the flight hours. Though we are back home, we still miss this wonderful place way too much, and we are mentally still there.
